Additionally, the following terms and conditions apply to this quotation, and supersede conflicts:

1. VALIDITY of this quotation is 30 days.
2. LEADTIME estimated for shipment at the time of quotation is based on current backlog, available stock, and quantity of one each, unless otherwise noted.   Multiple quantities may require additional time.
3. PAYMENT terms to be determined upon credit review.
4. SHIPPING COSTS are not included in the prices given above, unless noted.  The prices given are freight outbound our facility, Fairview, PA (i.e. shipping cost will be added).  The normal shipment methods are UPS ground, UPS freight, L.T.L. freight, as appropriate.
5. EXPORT CONTROLS are applicable to all information and hardware provided.  Maxpro Technologies, Inc. is required to obtain certain information regarding export and its intended end-use.  The receiver shall not disclose technical data in any form or ship any hardware outside the U.S. without written authorization from Maxpro Technologies Inc.  If the information is not furnished at the time of request, we will not process your order.  Violation of U.S. Government export laws are subject to severe criminal and civil penalties.  Completion of an End User Declaration may be required.
6. CONFIDENTIAL use of the information contained in this document is intended for the designated recipient(s) named above and is not to be disclosed to any party without the written authorization of Maxpro Technologies Inc.
7. Prices published or quoted by Seller are subject to change without prior  notification.  All  prices are based on  U.S. dollars, F.O.B.  Seller’s facilities, Fairview, Pennsylvania, unless another F.O.B. point is specified.  Prices do  not include any  taxes (sales, excise, use, etc) or any export or import duties imposed by any country which may be applicable  to the  sale of the goods.  Such charges or taxes, if applicable, will be paid by Buyer, and Buyer hereby expressly agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any claim, loss, damage, liability or expense with regard to the payment of  any such taxes or charges.
